Anyone Ever Try Buccella Cabs? Empty Anyone Ever Try Buccella Cabs?

After not even being offered a spot on the Scarecrow waiting list, I signed up for the Buccella list because Celia Masyczek is consulting there. Three-packs of the 2006 cab are offered for $300 (about what I paid for 6 bottles of Betz last week), and for some reason RMP didn't rate 2006 Bucella in Issue 180.

I'll pass unless one of you berserkers breaks off a moving testimonial about this wine.

Haven't had one. Celia is the shiznit these days, so I am on the fence as I will be getting Corra when it comes out in two weeks. All depends on the price and how much I can get from here own label.

Maybe Pobega can add some info as he is the Napa Cab Guru.

Funny thing is I'm not the biggest Celia fan.

I believe she only took over in 2008. Everything up until that vintage was made by Mark Herold.

I like the Cab and Merlot. The bottle and label are just beautiful.

I believe you are correct sir, although I thought it was earlier. I did have some Herold Bucella that I enjoyed, but then again, I like everthing he made. So many changes going forward to keep track of. merus, bucella, harris, my head is spinning.... Smile
