Not so super secret at all. A client gave me and my wife this as a gift. Per my previous post in this thread, dinner at Shutters in Santa Monica with a ton of Bordeaux. Wally's wine set it up.

Yeah, it was wonderful. WIfe is now a huge fan of Cos D'estournel. Not so good for my pocket book.

At one point, while tasting the 2000 Cos, she said it was spicey and she got a ton of Bell pepper with it.

Lo and behold, when Jean-Guillaume Prats gets up to speak he says, and I quote "If you're ever at a blind tasting and get a lot of spice along with Green Bell Pepper, it's the 2000 Cos"

My wife looks at me and whispers "Who's your Mommy bitch?"

I've never felt more like a loser and more turned on at the same time in my life...
