Lamb at Kurt's Carmel Chop House
Unreal! Ordered the lamb 'T-bone' chop (presumably named after Livingston) and it was SICK awesome. Thick, perfectly cooked, tender, not even a tiny bit gamey.
Best of all, it was pretty much just cooked meat, that's it. No mustard, no sauce, no marinade, just salt, pepper, cooked over a wood grill.
Heidi wouldn't try it because she won't eat baby meats. As for me, I asked for the head of the lamb to be on a separate plate so I could stare in its baby eyes as I ate it.
